Dear Mrs. Halliday: The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the excellent representation Nell Anne Hunt is providing your company. It is likely that you are aware of her productivity and excellent service however, we wanted to make sure you are aware of her caring nature and propensity for random acts of kindness. We have had the pleasure of working with her on the purchase of our last two homes. During our most recent move from Valley Ranch to Arlington, Mrs. Hunt went above and beyond the call of duty. A bout of food poisoning had us in the emergency room the morning of our closing. It was a Friday and we both had taken the day off from our respective jobs. We had planned to drop our three month old son off at day care and then head to our closing. However, it was evident the lovely dinner we had at a company Christmas party was the likely culprit of a debilitating sickness. Mrs. Hunt was exceptionally empathic to our position as working parents. She gently persuaded the title company to send a representative to the emergency room so we could keep our closing date and not have to take additional time off. She truly impressed us both was when she offered to pick up our son from the hospital and watch him while we were dealing with the title company. Her savvy business style, thoughtful manner and caring for her customers made what could have been a hectic frustrating time, manageable and less confusing. We hope you will recognize Mrs. Hunt should the opportunity present itself. Though we have not ever used another REALTOR, Mrs. Hunt has set the standard high.
