Kay is a native of Dallas, a resident of Plano, and a 35+ year Realtor. Her parents were successful Brokers and Realtors in Dallas and Plano for years. Kay is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has built an incredible client base almost exclusively through referrals. She is adored by her clients, and her reputation among Realtors for integrity, market knowledge, and class is unmatched.
Kay's partner and son, Corey, is an attorney and a 3rd generation Realtor. He was a successful litigation/trial attorney for 10 years before resigning as a partner in his law firm and joining The Kay Cheek Team in 2006.
